Friendly and helpful staff, good parking, walling distance from the city centre, and a nice local breakfast.

This is a modest-looking guest house, but it is really nice. My room was clean, my bed was comfortable, and the shower and TV both worked fine - the TV even had several English language channels, including BBC and Sky News, plus a Serbian one showing old UK shows with subtitles.
The staff were friendly, the breakfast good, and it had a good location - in a quiet back street, but an easy walk to the city centre and close to several main bus routes. The price was also very affordable !
The staff didn't speak very much English, but they were very friendly. A kettle in the room to make hot drinks would have been a nice "extra", but perhaps I am being too fussy.

We are visiting Lira excellent NIs for the second time. It’s very comfortable, hear Mediana and Chele kula, also to the centre of NIs, the fortress and the museums. It’s a nice place if you take part in an event in Nis or you come to visit for sightseeing. The hotel has a good breakfast. Also there is a well equipped supermarket, where you can buy all you need.
