LIRA EXCELLENT NIS

Great communication even without speaking English. Warm welcoming (After a long journey, we arrived there at midnight, and the owner offered us free beer). Free parking. Comfortable beds. Hi-speed wi-fi. Don't set your expectations too high, it was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was clean enough, but needs renovation.

Friendly and helpful staff, good parking, walling distance from the city centre, and a nice local breakfast.

The building might need some maintenance

This is a modest-looking guest house, but it is really nice. My room was clean, my bed was comfortable, and the shower and TV both worked fine - the TV even had several English language channels, including BBC and Sky News, plus a Serbian one showing old UK shows with subtitles. The staff were friendly, the breakfast good, and it had a good location - in a quiet back street, but an easy walk to the city centre and close to several main bus routes. The price was also very affordable !

The staff didn't speak very much English, but they were very friendly. A kettle in the room to make hot drinks would have been a nice "extra", but perhaps I am being too fussy.
