Excellent apartment, very clean, with many amenities and fully equipped!

Absolutely fantastic location! In the middle of everything - trams, walking distance to sightseeings, close by pick up for out of town sightseeings. Loads of little shops around for anything you may suddenly remember you need ( including 24 hrs Carrefour), loads of nice restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself was cosy , had little kitchen ( where there could be some salt and pepper as well ) . Clean, well arranged apartment. Communication, check in and care from the owners was excellent.

If someone for chilling with TV on - hmmm… 2 channels of Polish news and 2 channels of something else. As we did not need TV, this was not a problem at all. The room was booked for 4 people, but had only 3 glasses, 3 sets of plates and cups. As we stayed fewer than 4 - again, it was no problem.

Modern little apartment with comfortable bed, a table to eat or work, a nice balcony overlooking the trains (could be loud in summer), a couch, well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee available, fine bathroom. The room is ideal for 1-2 persons, but would be very narrow if more. Friendly communication with the apartment manager over booking chat. Great location only 2min from the Jewish quarter and not far from old city or the river. Kiosk just outside the door for the basics and several coffee / food options close by.

Nothing really. Maybe check-out is a little too early at 10am and there's no place to leave luggage, but not a big problem. Communication over booking could have some delays.

Location is good

The wifi was horrible. 2Mbps! The worst we have seen in the last 15 years of travelling around the world. The service was the worst. They didn't offer any solution, just lying about router and that it need to be replaced. Last day all the building smelled like drainage and poop from morning to evening. Really the worst VFM I have seen out of hundred places.
