Wonderful 5 Bdrm Villa with Pool Slide at Encore

The pool is its best asset. Granddaughter enjoyed the Moana room. Our Daytona plans got cancelled so we did not need to change lodging and they did accommodate that. However, I specifically asked about gate code and door code, said it would not change. However, door code, did not work, no worries, back door doesn’t lock!

Back sliding door, no exterior handle hard to line up to keep pool from alarming. Did not lock. Slide and hot tub evidently shared a pump, couldn’t use both at same time. Outdoor speaker slide not work, went and bought one. Loan in kitchen, literally burning the layers off. Carpet is disgusting. Chair was dirty in living room, sofa coming apart at the seams-sectional would not latch together so kept coming apart No whisks or spatulas. Game room, could not use, too hot. Also exposed wires on basketball game. They definitely do not want repeat guests. It is just a business.
