Good price but beware of there being no elevator and smelly bathroom

Location. Staff was nice. Balcony would be nice to hang out in spring/autumn.

No elevator. Smelly bathroom that made the room a bit smelly (however, with enough room deodorizer, it was doable). Original room did not have toilet seat bolted to the commode; next room had toilet seat that moved. Shower makes a mess in the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They made the stay better. Location was so close to city. The room was perfect. Everything about our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible hospitality

Never experienced such hospitality before. A friend fell sick during our stay and the owner not only arranged for an immediate visit at the local hospital but also for a German-speaking friend to accompany her to translate. We really felt like staying at friends and are very grateful.

The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. Familiar higher class hotel. Big cleean rooms, very lovely and warm equipped for a very fair price. Well situated in the heart of the old city of Ferizaj.

The boss and the staff were always courteous, nice and helpful, rooms are ok and to go out in the city is in the middle of the center

little tip the wifi in the room could be improved, it is best to put a receiver in the room

Nur zum Übernachten geeignet.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Manchmal wurde das Wasser abgedreht, sodass man unter der Dusche ohne Wasser blieb. Außerdem stank das Bad (Kanalisation?). Handtücher usw. wurden nie gewechselt und auch die Zimmer nicht geputzt.

Sehr freundliches Personal :) Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmen völlig überein. Saubere, grosse und komfortble Zimmer mit schönen Balkon. Standort perfekt und auch Parking vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Immer wieder gerne bei euch als Gast!!! :)
