Proximity to the city center and many of the island facilities: restaurants, coffee shops, bus stop, funicular etc.
I would say it’s a minor inconvenience sharing the entrance with the restaurant above, and getting in/out of the facility was a bit of a hassle, especially when going up or down the stairs with a big luggage. The restaurant has stuff deposited and sometimes it was in the way.

Beautiful view from balcony, centrally located (close to feniculaire - vertical tram - to go from Port up the hill), breakfast served on our balcony.

The place is very well located, close to everything
Toiled lid broken, flush not working well spending a lot of water every time you push.
Breakfast very little, not even a joice or water, just small portion of fruit, 2 toast with no butter and 2 croissant, for 2 people.
The worse I had in all my trip.
