Hotel de Werelt

Enjoyed breakfast. Location would be gorgeous in spring and summer. My room didn't have a working hot shower and the staff moved me promptly to one that did. Bed was very comfortable.

Very dark entrance from parking lot to entrance in winter. Wifi was not stable. Was hard to work in the evenings and on the weekend.

The Sauna and swimming pool. The coffee and tea bar on entrance.

Our room was very stuffy and the beds not comfortable with topper moving during the night

Location, great breakfast and restaurant. Extras also appreciated - film house, walks around property, tea coffee, wellness

Beautiful surroundings and hotel. Atelier is a fun. Breakfast is nice.

Have stayed there before and loved it. This time we got a room with a moldy bath. Additionally, there was confusion with the booking as I had booked each night separately, leading to misunderstandings and inconvenience during my stay. The key card stopped working after the first night, and I was asked to pay the taxes again, which was an unnecessary hassle. The room was not cleaned. Contacted the reception several times about it but despite their reassurances, no one arrived to address the situation. The buffet dinner, which we enjoyed during the previous visit, was not available during this stay which was a letdown for us.
