Przemiła obsługa obiektu, spora przestrzeń wokoło z wiatami do grilla, jacuzzi i basenem. Apartamenty wyposażone w niezbędne rzeczy. Duży plus za żelazko i deskę do prasowania dostępne na każdym piętrze. Biedronka tuż za rogiem, kościół również. Spód obiektu można zamówić meleksa nad samo morze z opłatą 5 zł/os., co jest bardzo wygodnym rozwiązaniem.
Małe mankamenty, typu: niekomfortowe ustawienie kanapy w salonie.(tyłem do telewizora), dość ciemny apartament z uwagi na położenie.
