Bardzo miły personel. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, jadalnia, papierowe ręczniki. Teren ogrodzony i zamknięty. Całodobowa recepcja jeśli jest więcej gości.
Łazienka wspólna na korytarzu. Wyposażenie pokoju podstawowe. Lokalizacja trochę daleko od centrum miasta.

The price was low and they have a free parking spot. The building and its close surroundings are quite nice and offer a quiet place with many flowers and green areas. It's 5 min from the center of Elblag by car, but that's ok as the city offers several free parking spots very close to the center.
The problem was that the staff was reluctant to speak with us in English. The property itself isn't bad, but no one showed us the services it offered or explained how to use them. Nothing at all. There was only the key handover with few words and nothing else. Another important thing: after 8:30 PM the gate gets locked and it's necessary to call a phone number that I had to ask for - and I asked out of caution since I had seen the large automatic gate at the entrance. If I hadn't asked, no one would have warned me about the closure or given me the number to call to have it opened. In any case, I was told that after 2 AM they wouldn't open for me anymore. From a hotel I expect freedom of movement. I would have expected to be informed that this property has this type of curfew, but it's not information I found during the booking process. I do acknowledge, however, that probably for guests who speak Polish the experience might be better than ours.
