The view
Collection of key, booked for night before we arrived so we could get in at 8am when we arrived, couldn’t pick up key until 10am, then shop didn’t open at 10am, had to message several times, eventually got key 45 minutes later, then travelled a distance to property, poor instructions to apartment, when eventually got into building, no numbers on doors, weren’t even told what floor, eventually found what we thought was apartment, but key guard locked over key hole, unable to open door, tried messaging, was given direction to report to guard, no guard on weekend, hours later told to go back to key pickup for magnet key to open key guard, this all in 30 degrees plus weather, got into apartment after 1pm, apartment boiling hot, no air con, windows closed, most power points don’t work, shutters over windows not all working. Requested refund for night, management never responded.
