within 10 minute easy walk of the train station. Excellent, friendly communication when I had a concern, Elevator!!! instead of climbing four flights again with luggage. Very clean, spacious, well-lit, well-provided. Many outlets and user-friendly bedroom lighting options. Wonderful sleeping with closed wooden shutters and QUIET. I would return here even if I did not intend to stay in Vicenza.
Instructions in English for the stovetop. Even with YouTube I never figured it out. However, had I asked I was confident that I would have had quick, clear help.

Marvellous location in the centre. Charming bedroom, kitchen/diner, bathroom, sitting area.
Fabio was very helpful with a couple of problems.
There could have been some instructions for the induction cooker and some usable containers for the microwave.

Well located within steps of multiple tourist sight seeing attractions
The property smelled like a smoker had been there. The bathroom emanated sewer odor. Located were Taxi and cars may not always have access.
