Das Parken war unkompliziert; die Gegend ist jedoch ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Wohnung früher eine Raucherwohnung war; sie war zwar ausgemalen jedoch war immer, wenn man die Wohnung betrat, dieser leicht unangenehme Geruch in der Luft; wir glauben, dass es von den Türrahmen kam, die auch diese typisch gelbliche Färbung hatten.
Die Wohnung ist auch extrem hellhörig; am Gang waren abends und nachts lautes Lachen, Gehen etc. von Leuten, die in anderen Appartements im Geschoss urlaubten, zu hören. Auch dass das ganze Gebäude eingerüstet ist, weil es außen aktuell renoviert wird, wurde uns nirgends kommuniziert; also kein 'Stadtblick' sondern aktuell ein 'Baustellengerüstblick'.
