It was pretty clean, owner sent nice videos and instructions of how to enter the apartment. Theres a microwave, iron and other basic facilities.

I did dozens of B&B , in lot of countries - on ratio price to value , this is one of the best!!

location was perfect. yes - it might not be in center of Vicenza , but it is 5 min away from old town ,and much more important - very very close to highways. Host sent 3 very clear videos how to take keys , how to park . I truly recommend this appartment. 65 square meter of space, balcony .... great.

just maybe leave some pallets for washing machine and dishwasher.

Wifi never worked. This was a very big problem for us as remote workers. And as I read the comments later, the apartment’s wifi is not working for a long time, almost a year. It seems that there is no wifi in this apartment. If there’d be, I would give 9 or 10.

We travelled with two larger dogs and got the perfect apartment, absolutely! A big, spacious, clean spaces! Position in the city was good (but beware- if you want to travel by public transport, you must not travel with larger dogs in Vicenza). We are looking forward to visit this place again!

die Fotos vermitteln einen viel höherwertigeren Eindruck als wir erlebt haben.

Das Parken war unkompliziert; die Gegend ist jedoch ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Wohnung früher eine Raucherwohnung war; sie war zwar ausgemalen jedoch war immer, wenn man die Wohnung betrat, dieser leicht unangenehme Geruch in der Luft; wir glauben, dass es von den Türrahmen kam, die auch diese typisch gelbliche Färbung hatten. Die Wohnung ist auch extrem hellhörig; am Gang waren abends und nachts lautes Lachen, Gehen etc. von Leuten, die in anderen Appartements im Geschoss urlaubten, zu hören. Auch dass das ganze Gebäude eingerüstet ist, weil es außen aktuell renoviert wird, wurde uns nirgends kommuniziert; also kein 'Stadtblick' sondern aktuell ein 'Baustellengerüstblick'.
