Bed were very comfy, showers good. All fittings and facilities were clean and all worked perfectly. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Kitchen had a lack of cups, glasses and cutlery.

During summer this property operates primarily as an alberge for walkers on the the Camino, so most of the other guests were pilgrims staying in dormitories, but it also has double and family rooms on the top floor. It is in a renovated 300 year old mansion house therefore does not have a lift or airconditioning but the rooms are large, the bathrooms are modern and it is a fantastic experience. We joined the 'pilgrims dinner' and also took their takeaway breakfast. Great value for about 25 Euro per person for 2 good meals. We happened to arrive during the village's annual fiesta and the brass band (Txaranga band) came to play for us in the dining room. A great, unexpected travel experience.

It's in a small remote village so you need a car ... unless you are walking.

Everything about this property was excellent!

The location, the facade ,the garden and outside seating was amazing. The warden was so lovely and helpful. The cafe opposite was amazing .

The rooms were very small and dark. We needed a light on in the middle of the day. The beds were not comfortable as I had to sleep on a sofa bed BUT was much better than the bunks which we were originally allocated. Booking com need to look at their advertising for this accommodation as it is not what it claims to be. Ie. It looks like we had our own seating area. The seating area, kitchen etc were all shared with the whole of the building. I think if it was priced as a albergue it would have been ok not the 109 euros I paid for 3 of us
