What you see on the picture and what you get , thottaly different, plus there was a lot of parking space but if you get cheaper room you need park you car some where in the centre for bigger price, no opportunity bay barking extra . I will better stay in camping for money I paid here . Baisment room with treble bed and no space for 2 people in the room , just bed and frige by the heat working all night.

when I booked room online there show parking is free after reached this apartment there have no parking space.I called this owner about parking he say go & perking your car outside. I am very much disappointed about service. one things room inside Bad smeel not cleaning properly. Finally I do not recommend this Apartment

Passable

- I like the outside of the building and the surrounding nature. - Easy to get in/out. - Clean room/ found a plate not well cleaned. - Clean bathroom. - Definitely a good place in summer.

- Very weak internet signal. I couldn't do my work. - Unlike the pillows, the bed cover has very dark color so you can tell if it's clean or not. - The room is cold ( it was only 12 degree outside)

The small room is much smaller than you could ever imagine.

We didn't get any code to pick up the keys, so had to wait for the owner to randomly come by. The bed takes up the entire room. 2,5*0,5=1,25m2 to stand, move and put luggage för 2 ppl. Then my friend forgot his TV/laptop cable and tried to get it back for 2 days afterwards. It prooved to be too difficult a task! We emailed what time our ferry left and when we would come. The owner says it's fine and that the cable is there. No probs. My friend then sits there waiting for him for an hour whilst he speaks on his phone. He sees my friend, but after finishing his phone call walks off and disappears. No cable. Afternoon wasted and destroyed.

Expensive nightmare

It is difficult to find any pros for that accommodation

Room nr 1 that we had is just a robbery. Small and located in the basement. For 300pln you get mould smell, humidity is so high that bed linen is wet and smells. Bathtub is located under stair so you cannot use it if you are more than 1.5m high. In case you wish to take shower you need to take it with toilet being next to you. I have no idea how booking.com allows such accommodation in their offer.

The location is very good. Close to Hel but out in the dunes. The swimming pool is lovely. Bicycle stand outside the front door.

The room was dirty (mainly sand on the floor) and the bathroom had a drain smell.

Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, może nie mega luksusowy, ale od początku człowiek wie, co rezerwuje. Bardzo tanio jak na Hel, a przy tym wszystko, czego potrzeba - łóżko, prysznic z gorącą wodą, czajnik, lodówka itp. I najważniejsze - przepiękną miejscówka. Jeśli ktoś przyjeżdża do Helu zwiedzać, a hotel to dla niego wyłącznie miejsce do spania, ten obiekt jest doskonały.

Zaskakujący dobór wystroju wnętrza (wyposażenie w podstawowe przedmioty) oraz zagospodarowanie przestrzeni w pokoju aby spełniał w sposób wystarczający wszystkie potrzeby (łóżko w ścianie- doskonałe). Hotel bardzo dobry aby się w nim zatrzymać i spędzić choć jedną noc.

Opłata za psa za dobę 100 zł!!!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, poza tym bardzo słabo. Wiedzieliśmy, że za psa może obowiązywać dodatkowa opłata, ale 100 zł za dobę??? To jakiś chyba żart! Para Ukraińców opiekuje się obiektem ,zero wsparcia i pomocy z ich strony. Jak zobaczyli psa to najpierw było, że tu nie wolno wogole że zwierzętami a po chwili że będzie dodatkowa opłata. Na terenie parkingu nie ma kraweznikow I wpadliśmy naszym autem w piach z którego pomogli nam wydostać się sąsiedzi bo że strony opiekunów obiektu zero zainteresowania. To pierwsza moja negatywna opinie od 20 lat jak podróżuje. Nie polecam!!!

Pobyt zimowy z psem

Przyjeżdżam tu od 5 lat. Bywałam już w różnych pokojach. Teraz na parterze i będąc z psem było znakomicie. Otwierasz okno tarasowe i pies wychodzi na wydmy😍. Pokój nr 3 zaskoczył mnie wielkością ( myślałam, że będzie mniejszy). Łazienka ok., pokój ok. LOKALIZACJA DLA MNIE NAJLEPSZA na Półwysep Helskim.

Jedyny mały minus, że punktowe ogrzewanie na ścianie nie dawało za dużego ciepła w pokoju- oczywiście w zimie i miło by było jednak gdyby była chociaż mikrofala.

Było dość zimno w pokoju. Ogrzewanie na suficie niestety nie było w stanie nagrzać pokoju. Pobyt był w styczniu przy temp na zewnątrz w okolicach zera stopni.
