Bardzo blisko do morza i plaży, balkon przestronny, blisko do sklepu żabka. Do stadionu w gdańsku 30 minut spacerkiem, na koncert można iść bez stresu o miejsce parkingowe, okolica bezpieczna, spokojna, budownictwo w większości nowe, turystów sporo, lokalni mieszkańcy spokojni i dosłownie każdy jeździ na rowerze lub biega lub na hulajnodze.
W pobliżu są czynne budowy nowych bloków, mi to nie przeszkadza, ale domyślam się że jest to minus dla niektórych. Gdańskie ZOO poniżej oczekiwań (są lepsze atrakcje dla dzieci w Gdańsku, np: Majaland), lepsze ZOO są we Wrocławiu i w Poznaniu.

W mieszkaniu dostępnych wiele udogodnień: kuchnia, piekarnik, zmywarka, deska do prasowania i żelazko. Łóżka wygodne ale dość twarde. Świetna opcja z możliwością wynajęcia miejsca w parkingu podziemnym.
Brakuje stołu, przy którym wszyscy mogliby zjeść. Dostępne małe stoliki w sypialniach. Można je połączyć by zjeść razem.
