It had free parking and was in a quiet area. The kitchen was newer.

The stairs are very very steep. The only ventilation upstairs is the sky lights that let in flies and bugs when opened. At night if you want to keep windows open downstairs, you can’t lock your door and get air inside the building. We used the roller blinds by the kitchen. They let a little bit of air in but it’s pretty hot and stuffy at night. The shower was hard to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold so I would recommend adjusting the shower handle. Also, there was stained caulk in the showers that needs redone and ripped up wallpaper/dry wall in the bathroom. Anybody in the group has trouble with very steep stairs they should avoid this property. It’s basically steep like a ships ladder or a loft ladder. I would recommend a screen door that locks for the downstairs.
