The rooms are much bigger and brighter than you expect from the photos, especially the living room. The view of the lake is beautifull. Very generous terace. Quality finishings in the apartment. Everything is brand new. Quality and confortable beds and couch. Everything went very smooth from checkin to checkout.
The only problem we had did not have anything to do with this location. Before we found and booked this location we booked other 3 suits on booking. All 3 other locations were unreachable to contact after we made the rezervation. Booking.com staff, what are you doing? Why do you allow listings that are not fulfilling their bookings and cant be contacted by the clients because they do not answer the phone at all (calls or messages) ?? This location answered immediatly after we made the booking. Very proffesional. Thank you again.
