Location was ok, parking at 20eur/night was good, almost empty with plenty of parking spots, easy acces. Good restaurants nearby, Bolt and Uber easily available too.
Really poor communication with this host, unusual compared to all my travels, WIFI not working at 280eur/night price for this weekend, sent 4 messages through Booking, WhatsApp, customer web app, no answer at all, only automated welcome messages (missing still clear description for where entry in C1 unit is within the row of Casa del Mar buildings, we needed to walk arround to find our way, no signage also from the developer in the parking lot pointing towards right buildings; also the apartment building and zone is work in progress, but that is not a great problem even if it can be a safety. Also cleaning done probably very fast, no toiletries in the shower, a bootle of flavoured water 2/3 empty left in the fridge from previous guests probably :)
