Location & AC in every room. Very convenient to get around. The neighborhood felt very safe & lots of restaurants & convenience stores. Being on the 7th floor was nice & very quiet. Very responsive host via whatsapp.
On the last night of our stay, we noticed a pool of water in the living room. AC unit was leaking. It wasn't a big deal, but a nuisance. We let the host know & hopefully other guests won't have the same problem.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants.
The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. However it is extremely bare, no decoration whatsoever. We felt safe, there is a 24/7 doorman.
The only issue was hot water and water pressure. To take a hot shower the water had to run for about 5 minutes and even then the water would be warm at best, not hot. Water pressure was low and after 3 or 4 minutes in the shower it would become even weaker. So it was kind of a race to get the soap off the body before the water would be down to a drizzle.
Also the area is very noisy at night, the constant sound of ambulance/police sirens is clearly audible. But overall I would stay there again.

It’s a large space with plenty of kitchen appliances, good seating, washing machine. Short walk to many restaurants. Comfortable bed but too small, should be queen size not double. Helpful host, Sonia, lives across the hall.
Half a block from Insurgentes, super noisy. Ensuite shower head needs to be replaced, poor water pressure and takes ages to get warm water. Completely bare white walls. It wouldn’t take much effort to make it more inviting. Huge whiteboard makes it look like a classroom.
