Enjoyable stay with only a few minor issues

Good location. Lovely spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Great to have a washing machine

The hot water for a shower didn’t last long. Caused problems having 5 of us in the apartment. Remote for the heating/air on was a bit temperamental. No lighting in stairwell which was very dangerous. Very dark

All in all we had a great holiday

Plenty of roomfor 8 people air conditioning in bedroom and living room

Pool had 5 steps and you are in the deep water, no shallow end for kids. If your kid can't swim beware!!

The outside needs a little work doing to it . but the inside of the apartment made up for that The children would of liked to of used the pool as it wasn’t open until June. but it was ok as the beach was close by

It was a beautifully modern apartment set in a fantastic location for the beach, shops and bars of Benidorm. The hosts were friendly and helpful and very accommodating as we arrived earlier than planned. It was very clean with a lift and balcony. Would definitely stay again

Apartamento con buena ubicación y espacioso, pero acceso incómodo

La ubicación, y que era de 3 habitantes espaciosas.

El ascensor del aparcamiento te dejaba en medio rellano, y había que subir o bajar escaleras. Incómodo para ir con carro de bebe, además de la mesa de cristal y no había mantel y era engorroso el desayuno.

Esperienza da dimenticare – delusione, paura e totale mancanza di supporto Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento convinti di trovare un minimo di comfort e sicurezza. Già all’arrivo, la prima amara sorpresa: la piscina, indicata nella descrizione, semplicemente non esiste. Ma purtroppo il peggio doveva ancora arrivare. Durante la seconda notte siamo stati derubati. Avevamo chiuso la porta con due mandate prima di uscire. Al nostro ritorno, la porta era misteriosamente aperta e i nostri amici sono stati completamente derubati(migliaia di euro di vestiti,cuffie occhiali da sole,addirittura le valigie). La polizia, accorsa dopo la segnalazione, ha confermato che non c’erano segni di effrazione né alla porta né alle finestre, lasciando spazio a dubbi inquietanti su come i ladri siano potuti entrare.(forse con una copia delle chiavi?) In seguito, abbiamo avuto un contatto diretto con la proprietaria, che ci aveva assicurato che ci avrebbe concesso un rimborso totale della prenotazione se avessimo contattato booking per poi rimangiarsi la parola appena fossimo andati via. Infatti dopo ore e ore di dialoghi, l’unica cosa che ci è stata offerta è stato un rimborso irrisorio di 90€, per non parlare del fatto che siamo stati costretti a rimanere un’altra notte in quella stessa casa, dove avremmo potuto subire un altro furto in qualsiasi momento. Ci siamo sentiti insicuri, vulnerabili e totalmente abbandonati. Non solo il soggiorno è stato rovinato, ma l’assenza di trasparenza e supporto ha trasformato questa vacanza in un’esperienza angosciante. Sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio. Non si tratta solo di una pessima gestione, ma di una grave mancanza di sicurezza e di rispetto per gli ospiti. Nessuno dovrebbe vivere ciò che abbiamo vissuto noi.

Muy amable Andrea, el edificio es un poco viejo pero el apartamento está completamente reformado, no le falta detalle, tiene servicio para todo. Facilidad para la recogida y entrega de llaves, se adaptaron a nuestros horarios. Repetiremos.
