Location was fabulous, view from our balcony was superb and the private jacuzzi was amazing!

Apartment needs a little maintenance and we had to re-wash cutlery and dinnerware as they weren’t clean.

The location of the resort is great and very handy for walking to everything. The property was clean and easy enough to find your way around. Pools were great and staff friendly.

The stairs were hard work....

Being at the beach club is wonderful, the facilities are great, including the pool bar but please know this apartment is NOT run by pepper and is very mediocre. Parking a nightmare. Poor communication throughout stay and prior to stay.

It’s hard to review, because peppers the facility is amazing and we would stay again, however this apartment is not up to standard at all. So reading on other reviews I can confirm that nothing has been actioned for this apartment. There is still the big gap in the toliet ( so no privacy) the kitchen is falling apart… broken stone on stove place, cracked and dirty tiling , appliances so old that you can’t read or work then and not proper stuff to cook with, even basics like a strainer isn’t available. The cleanliness is bad, inside cupboards dirty, dust built up so badly on fans, air conditioner leaking onto range hood . Door to access apartment is on the verge of being broken and doesn’t lock properly. Little baby ants everywhere in the kitchen and upstairs where the spa is gross. Communication with however is managing this apartment is absolutely horrid. They only answer messages if they want to, so if you ask anything they don’t like they just ignore you. I picked this up prior to our stay and it made me nervous that the experience wouldn’t be great with them. Only good communication is them letting you know when they are taking a payment lol. Parking is INCORRECT and many people have complained about this in reviews below. If you have a car, do not follow the welcome letter, it’s not correct, I’m pretty sure whoever is running this apartment has never actually set foot in the place. So ignore the letter, we talked to the resort directly, you can park in car park 6 and there is a carpark for your room. Ignore the crap map they give you it’s not correct. If you arrive prior to 2pm, they will not let you in the apartment, which is fair but I kept messaging them asking if we could store our bags somewhere until 2pm as I flight arrived at 9:45am. They couldn’t be bothered to reply or assist. I can tell you the staff at peppers were accommodating and will hold your luggage for you.
