There were no bread- or kitchen knife but the host came over the day after and gave us knives. Communication was easy and smooth.
The pool was nice and the views were great from the apartment. Free parking, and the property is on a street that was very quiet despite being so close to the center of Medulin.
Air conditioning was great. There was just one indoor unit but it cooled the whole apartment quickly and reliably.
WiFi was just barely ok. About 2,5MBit/s.
Would like to add that the mobile data was also not great. About 2-3Mbit/s, but since that's not shared with anyone it felt better.
Beds were hard. We stayed for 5 nights and the last night was difficult.

Es war alles sehr neu und modern.
Das Apartment verfügt über alles was man braucht und der Pool ist super.
Man ist in ein paar Gehminuten in der Altstadt von Medulin.

Все понравилось. Особенно бассейн возле дома на первом этаже. Утром и вечером море, а в обед бассейн. Кровати удобные. Полотенца, постельное белье чистое. Ремонт свежий. Мы очень довольны. Рекомендую.
