it was a self-catering apartment, very clean and comfortable. It was a little basic but had most of what we needed.
a two seater sofa would have been great as there was only one armchair so the other
person had to sit at the kitchen table but just an observation not a criticism. Our host Lilli could not do enough, she was lovely and welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed. There is also a supermarket within walking distance of the apartment.
Unfortunately it was quite a walk to the nearest beach and surrounding areas such as the marina and beach front bars. It would have been fine for an able bodied person (around 15 minutes walk) but as a person with mobility issues, i found it hard as it is uphill on the way back but we walked back by the marina which was pleasant and not quite so arduous and that took me about 25 mins. Sadly there are no taxis in the area as they have to come out from Pula.
