Barokní kaplanka 1796 A. D. - luxusní apartmány v Českém ráji

The apartment is located in an old building that has been separated into three different apartments. There are a lot of “small things” included in the apartment that you might need - things like a well equiped kitchen, coffee, tea, soap, baking paper, a wine rack, maps, leaflets, and an outdoor grill area. In this specific apartment, the bathroom is built inside the bedroom as a separate room behind a glass wall. This is interesting until you realise that after you shower, you will be sleeping in a wet sauna. Right behind the apartment, there is a small general store. There are 2 - 3 parking spots included with the apartment on the property. The hosts are generally easy to contact. The place is in a small village, meaning that it is generally silent.

Since the entire building is split into separate apartments, in our apartment’s case, this meant that we were sharing an entrance door and the washing machine upstairs with other tenants. We could also literally see from the corridor what the people in the third apartment were cooking in their kitchen through the cracks in the staircase. This means that, in general, your privacy might be limited. The water from the tap was boiling hot and could probably cause a burn by accident. (This problem was mentioned to the hosts, so it might be fixed in the future.) The apartment is in the middle of nowhere and on a hill, meaning that you need a car. The apartment does not have a single closet or drawer to put your clothes in.

Das alte Haus ist sehr schön renoviert. Den Sitzplatz im Garten haben wir viel genutzt. Man kann von hier aus mit dem Auto schöne Touren zu den Burgen und Wandergebieten machen.

Die Bilder bei Booking.com waren mit denen der anderen Wohnungen im Haus vermischt, so dass wir eine falsche Vorstellung von der Wohnung hatten. Die 3. Person muss in der Küche schlafen, was für eine Woche etwas unpraktisch war. Auch gibt es keinerlei Schränke oder Kommoden, wo man seine Kleidung einräumen kann. Man muss also aus dem Koffer leben. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das kein Problem, für eine Woche fanden wir es zu dritt etwas eng. Toilette mit Glastür ist gewöhnungsbedrüftig.

Het huis is erg smaakvol ingericht, prachtige houten vloeren en mooie authentieke elementen. Het ligt in een piepklein dorpje, maar met 10 minuten rijden heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is een prachtig startpunt voor wandelingen (met de hond) door het Boheems paradijs. Het huis bleef lekker koel (wij zaten in het appartement op de begane grond). Goed om te weten; Het zijn 3 appartementen in 1 huis, met ieder een eigen stukje tuin wat goed afgescheiden is. Je hoort elkaar wel, maar wij vonden dat niet storend. De host reageert super snel en spreekt goed Engels.

Paar tips om het nog beter te maken (in onze ogen): Verduisterende gordijnen zodat de slaapkamer donkerder kan zijn. Horren voor het raam tegen de vliegen. Ik vond het bed vrij hard, maar mijn man sliep er heerlijk op, dus dat is persoonlijke smaak.

Wát een geweldig huis! We hebben zo'n fijne week gehad met onze dochter van 1.5 jaar oud. Aan alles is gedacht, zelfs de mogelijkheid om de stopcontacten dicht te maken! Alles is zeer goed schoon, de keuken is goed uitgerust, de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de wasmachine is heel fijn en het contact met de eigenaar verliep super. Erg blij met de airco ook tijdens warme dagen! Ook het (kleine) supermarktje tegenover het huis is ideaal voor kleine items, vanaf 50 kronen kan je zelfs pinnen. Kortom, perfecte plek voor een heerlijke vakantie in het mooie Tsjechië!

Matrassen waren enigzins hard maar het is maar net wat je gewend bent.
