De Schelp 73 the perfect place!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist super ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral.

Aussicht

Das Geschirr sowie das Besteck war tlw dreckig, ein Loch im Laminat im Wohnzimmer, auf der Couch war ein Riss , welcher mittels Nieten genäht wurde, wobei diese Naht auf war, so dass man sicher verletzten konnte. In der Beschreibung stand, das Milch für den ersten Morgen gestellt wird, dies war nicht der Fall.

Overall I liked the location and the apt. It was well suited for myself and 2 growing children 9 & 6. The garden space was great and we ate breakfast and dinner each day.

I had an issue with the bathroom sink not working properly and when I contacted De Schelp 73 via whatsapp they could not answer or assist and said they would contact housekeeping which never happened. I then personally asked housekeeping when I saw them and they contacted the property manager who was supposed to come by and fix the issue, but sadly that never happened either. It was not a major issue but anyone with kids knows at bed time the faster and simpler it is to get them ready the better. My only major gripe was with the 95.00 euro cleaning fee. I personally find that obscene and then asking me to clean up and take out garbage because your (cleaners are people) was a little to much for me personally. 95.00 euros is a lot for a cleaning service in my opinion and I feel that should be stated more clearly on the booking.com site with a check box or some kind of pop up saying that the renter agrees to this.

Lage und Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft war für 2 Personen von der Größe ganz in Ordnung, leider jedoch von der Substanz renovierungsbedürftig. Im Fußboden waren Löcher, div.Türen und Schubladen waren verquollen und schlossen nicht. Das sehr kleine Bad ist sehr spritzwasseranfällig. Positv zu bemerken ist die Sauberkeit der Einrichtung beim Urlaubsstart, die perfekte Ausstattung der Küchenzeile und die problemlose Kommunikation mit den Betreibern per WhatsApp.
