Die Unterkunft liegt nur 2 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt ist aber trotzdem ruhig und in einer sehr hübschen Gegend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

De ligging was prima.
De douchestraal was echt minimaal. Iemand met lange haren, kan zijn haren hier beter niet wassen. Verder was het ontzettend warm op de kleine (benauwde) kamer.

Ich war über viele Jahre Stammgast bei den Vorbesitzerinnen, somit war ich gespannt, was sich geändert hat. Der neue Besitzer hat die Wohnung Nr.1 geschmacklich sehr gut einrichtet. Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Prima ist der Kaffeeautomat, der Kaffee ist mit im Preis inbegriffen.
Die Enge des WCs/Duschbads. Man muss wissen, dass man sich die Zähne und Hände in der Küche am Waschbecken waschen muss. Im allgemeinen finde ich den Preis sehr hoch. Aber dort, wo die Nachfrage besteht, kann das Angebot bestimmt werden. 😉

Ausstattung der Küche und Lage war gut. Gastgeber war freundlich und bemüht.
Die Heizung war durchgehend aus; bei 9°C Aussentemperatur ist es sehr kalt gewesen in der Unterkunft gewesen. Die Parkmöglichkeit bedeutet einen Aufpreis von 15€/Tag bzw 50€/ Woche (versteckte Zusatzkosten) und ist etwas weiter entfernt.
