Allowed me to check in early. Helpful staff. Good amenities.
The free breakfast had significantly lacking and honestly not worth it. Walls are very thin.

Monica & pool restaurant staff amazing credit to the company. Reception staff helpful amazing people, beds comfortable rooms big & clean, bathroom Aromatherapy products good
This hotel is not good for kids as pool is dangerous due to no sides via affinity pool, needs safeguarding or notes on description that its not hotel for kids, no where to play.
Also no vegan diary free options & no kids menu.... food option ok but could do with more options for non pork vegetarian. Hotel lift key annoying . Hotel towels not good condition , not much cups plates cutlery in room.
