We really liked the location which was super convenient in the middle of centre. Reception staff was friendly. There was a free tap water dispenser in the corridor.
We were stupid backpackers and didn’t ask to change our room immediately - after a while we saw plenty of mouldy walls in the bendroom and bathroom which was horrible. Due to wetness and no windows in the room our clothes and air felt damp and humid. Looks like hotel is located in the old building and I have doubts that first floor rooms have windows at all. Moreover, we had a hike to volcano early morning and the guard didn’t look very happy when he needed to unlock hotel gates for us.
