The location of this property to where I was working was great, it took me less than 10 minutes to drive there. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room, the kitchen was well equipped, I couldn't fault it at all.

The beds were so comfy! The place had a nice modern feel to it and it had three toilets which were good. It had a washing machine and a dish washer too. The walk along the river was nice and there was a Lidl just down the street. To say it was on an estate the place was nice and quiet. The TV had lots of apps but no TV channels unfortunately. We didn’t use all the facilities on offer so I’m not sure how it all worked as we mainly ate out.
The place looked tidy but needed a good clean. All the skirting needed a good wipe down and the floor felt sticky. The on suite shower was hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature, but the pressure was very good. I’m not sure where the black grit came from when using the shower, I’m not sure if it came up when it struggled to drain quick enough? There was also outdoor seating that was so old and rickety you couldn’t use it and they were full of cobwebs, but there were two foldable seats in the kitchen to use.
