Fantastic property - would stay again!

The location of this property to where I was working was great, it took me less than 10 minutes to drive there. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room, the kitchen was well equipped, I couldn't fault it at all.

With a few tweaks it would make a fab stay!

The beds were so comfy! The place had a nice modern feel to it and it had three toilets which were good. It had a washing machine and a dish washer too. The walk along the river was nice and there was a Lidl just down the street. To say it was on an estate the place was nice and quiet. The TV had lots of apps but no TV channels unfortunately. We didn’t use all the facilities on offer so I’m not sure how it all worked as we mainly ate out.

The place looked tidy but needed a good clean. All the skirting needed a good wipe down and the floor felt sticky. The on suite shower was hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature, but the pressure was very good. I’m not sure where the black grit came from when using the shower, I’m not sure if it came up when it struggled to drain quick enough? There was also outdoor seating that was so old and rickety you couldn’t use it and they were full of cobwebs, but there were two foldable seats in the kitchen to use.

We really enjoyed the location of the property.

Unfortunately the property felt like it hadn't been cleaned before we stayed and we were very disappointed with this, as have stayed at a house about 10 mins away from this property for alot less and was spotless. In addition to this the photos displayed in advert of the property were not accurate (different sofa). Feel we were charged too much for the property considering the state it was in and feel a partial refund should be given.

Very clean and well equipped. Off road parking for 2 cars was a bonus. Location was perfect and surrounding area was quiet. Beds were comfy, living areas were cosy!

The only comment I'd like to make is there was a beeping sound possibly coming from the attic. 3/4 beeps going every 2 minutes. Apart from that everything else was great!

Great wifi. The host left us bottled water. The view of the river was pleasing. There is a walkway along the river. House was located in a quiet area. Netflix and iPlayer was available. A good size property. Washing Machine useful.

The kitchen cupboard handles, fridge door and microwave door were grimy and needed a good scrubbing. Marks on walls and dirty skirting boards.

simple, clean, spacious with all the amenities you’d expect. off street parking. 3 toilets which is a godsend for a group booking. my only feedback would be some spare towels wouldn’t go amiss, and maybe slightly bigger for bigger bodies. but otherwise perfect!

the location was good, not a far drive from key places such as trafford centre and train stations. Garden was lovely and the living room and kitchen were very nice
