Posizione e servizi eccezionali

Appartamento senza aria condizionata nella zona giorno

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 persone. Posizione fantastica, da un balcone vedi il lago, la piscina e il parco, dall'altro,il giardino sopra i box ed il parcheggio. Supermercati, negozi, bar, ristoranti ecc. a poche decine di metri, così come anche le fermate autobus per il centro storico (8 euro andata e ritorno in 2 persone) e per Verona (circa 18 euro andata e ritorno in 2 persone). Il lago con la passeggiata è fuori dal residence, comodissimo e senza traffico. Nella settimana di Pasqua 2025, abbiamo sempre trovato il parcheggio riservato al complesso con posti sempre liberi. Le terme di Sirmione sono a circa 2/300 metri. Ci ritorneremmo sicuramente.

Purtroppo la disposizione dell'alloggio,presenta dei gradini. 5 per scendere all'ingresso/camera da letto, e 5 per scendere alla cucina e al bagno. A noi NON ha dato particolari problemi ma, se si hanno disabilità, bisogna tenerne conto. Il letto matrimoniale, è leggermente più stretto del normale e i passaggi ai suoi lati non sono larghissimi ma, a noi NON ha dato particolari problemi.

We especially liked a big garden with private pool (pool was never too busy although we were there in August). Location was also perfect, directly by the lake and next to many cycling paths, supermarket and restaurants were 5-10 minutes walk away ... Appartment had all the equipment we needed as a family of four, bed was comfortable, there was also air conditioning, washing mashine, private parking lot (always available), baby bed ...

The appartment is a bit out-dated and needs some renovation. F.e. all the doors make creaking sounds when you open/close them. Also, it is ideal for 2 persons, while for 4 people it is a bit more challenging since you need to fold a kitchen table to set the couch or climb a letter to a bunk bed in a bedroom and sleep there with no guarding rail by the legs.

We had a bumpy start from the airport the weather as we arrived in Verona, heavy rain and thunder storms, taxi busses not running and train strikes. Needless to say we arrived, we would not have been able to find the property, (no internet) The sun came out and boy was it hot. We were greeted by the concierge, who could not speak English yet I Italian. We were shown the flat and a young lady came along a little later to explain everything in English, even down to the key fob and how to use the bins, (they are into recycling in a big way.) later on we were introduced to the owner. Very nice people. They could not do enough for us We were pleased with our accommodation and location. Busses are a good way to travel as is the ferry service. There are three supermarkets within a short distance from the apartment, in the central area there seemed to be a choice of restaurants. Every car park had some form of charge for parking. There is parking available with the apartment The apartment was spacious, it did have two flights of stairs in that it was split level. The bed was firm. Again thank goodness for the air con, we would have melted like chocolate soldiers. There were blinds that kept the heat out. The apartment was very functional, sported two balconies, a kitchenette, all serviceable. The bathroom was bigger than expected, bidet, toilet shower very efficient, the cubical had just been recently fitted large sink and washing machine amazing. Outside there was a tennis court, children’s play area swimming pool one end 1 meter to 2 meters deep. 2 Sunlounges allocated to the apartment. You can swim in the lake has many beaches all in all a lovely place

The property did not have any WI-FI, I am sure some boffins would know a way around this. I was told prior to leaving UK that I would get roaming just as at home. It did not work out like that, it cost me over £60 in charges. The main problem being everything is done on the net to include bus taxi services
