Convenient

The flat was presented well and in a central location

Advertised with a garden, there is a back yard with gravel. This is very messy and rat infested due to subway sandwich shop underneath. Cold shower with very little pressure. Property was cold but the heaters worked ok, would benefit from a heater in bathroom. Advertised with parking which really shouldn’t be.

Nice flat - stayed for 3 weeks

The flat was very modern and clean. The rooms were a good size and the location was perfect. Even had a bottle of wine left for us. At night the flat was quiet despite being in the center of town which was nice. The TVs in the living room and bedroom are a nice touch and there was a dish washer.

The double bed was two singles which left a ridge of slightly different heights between them. The tap in the kitchen dripped and the extractor fan didn't work. The shower water pressure was also really low. It's a shame the flat didn't have a washing machine too.

Nice location!

The living room is pretty big. The location is very good and it is right at the middle of town, and close to stores and shops. There was a pub which we really enjoyed the food, Nasi Gorenge. The first day the Christmas song on the street was very suiting. This place is really suitable for contractors who needs to live in the area on a temporary basis.

The sofas were uncomfortable. There were loud noises coming from the street. The windows are not clean to enjoy the view. There was only one half role of bathroom tissue for the whole week, while normally the owner leaves at least four, the bathroom is small, kitchen is small. The address was given how to find the flat was wrong. People were giving the address they thought was right and it wasn't. The White gate was open and the first light was broken and you are welcomed by several bins. There wasn't any garden. There is NO parking just by the flat, and carrying suitcases all the way through the pavement, passing another gate, and stairs, another door and hallway is a pain when you are tired. Normally a place provide at least some coffee, salt, and pepper, not this place. If they are expecting four people, then there should be a bigger fridge/freezer. There is no vacuum cleaner or anything to clean after yourself, so you have to spend money to buy all of those things which is not acceptable. There was no instruction how to operate the heat, TV and other appliances, that is not acceptble and time consuming to find out. It was cold and the flat was cool as we arrived and we didn't know how to operate the heat and it took us a while which is nto fun when you are tired and have been driving.

The bed was very comfortable, the couch as well, i liked the two TVs and the variety of appliances. Toaster, microwave, kettle, clothes iron, ironing board, a hoover (albeit it was out of batteries like i said), and a hairdryer. There was even a safe in the closet which was a pleasant surprise. There was two levels of the flat so you had to go up the stairs a bit but i personally didnt mind. The location was excellent, really the ideal spot in the centre and a great value for its price. I also really liked the fact that you don't interact with the flat providers unless you personally wish to do so, leaving you with open options. I've seen people in reviews complain about sleeping with the noise outside the windows but it's really just loud - ish during the day. I'm sensitive to sounds so i'd notice but from 10-11pm to 7-8 am there was absolutely zero noise and my window was open the entire night. If you sleep during the day then yes, the noise would be an issue.

The door unlocking instructions were a bit confusing, I was given three codes but needed only one and barely managed to find the key in the safe (but to each their own, this might have been just me struggling). The bathroom sink was a bit low and small so it was hard to do things, but manageable. The hoover batteries were empty as were the TV remote ones, personally i think they should be checked more often. There was no toilet paper or paper towels provided which i was a bit confused about, I think it's a waste of money if you only stay for a few days and need to buy your own huge pack of toilet paper.

The drain just was outside the gate was flooded because of rain an my husband went straight down the drain up to his knee so his pants an trainers were ruined it needs fastened down

Scruffy entrance door all smashed so didn't need a code,scruffy court yard with 1 horrible chair,weeds unkempt,inside radiators off walls held up by a table bathroom cabinet wonky and leaking,told by naibour flat one and two had been damaged ,we weren't told by landlord,The picture on booking.com with picture on wall is the hall outside apartment nothing to do with our apartment

Prestatyn minibreak

The location was ideal for the town and the beach. It was close to the retail park which had a large Tesco store and Marks and Spencers.

If staying longer access to a washing machine would be useful.

..Poor description about flat information, poor communication with company responsible for flat, poor quality windows you can hear everything outside and it's loud,so no sleep. Not suitable for family, no bedding provided for third person for sofa bed. No insulation between second floor so you can hear everything they do, walk,.

Accommodation was spacious, clean and well presented.

Great bed, so good for a decent sleep after a long journey by train from Devon. Furnishings were of a really high quality and tastefully decorated. Location was great as we didn't rent a car, also general shopping and restaurants were within walking distance.

Perhaps some small basics to enhance on arrival eg. salt & pepper, and a non-skid mat for the shower. What to provide, or not, is a toss up. Certainly the lack a couple of things didn't hamper our stay and your choice of wine as a welcome was really appreciated by two thirsty travellers.

Good

The flat was very spacious and well furnished, with a super comfy sofa. The location was fantastic, slap bang in the middle of the high street, and collection of keys was very easy.

Despite being labelled as a 'romantic' booking, the bed was, in fact, two singles pushed together. It was impossible to cuddle up with my partner without feeling like one of us was uncomfortable by the sinking in the middle. The shower was not the best, but not awful. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which is fair enough, but it wouldn't have been hard to provide more given it was a week's booking. There was also no access to WiFi despite the booking saying there would be - there were no posters/papers anywhere in the flat explaining how to connect, and when we messaged the owners on the first day of our stay to ask for support, we never got a response. There were also a couple of tell-tale signs that cleaning between stays wasn't the most thorough (someone else's shoes being left behind, something still in the freezer, etc.) All very minor issues, though!

Mooie flat, maar teveel achterstallig onderhoud. Dat was jammer.

De locatie was mooi, spot in het midden van het centrum. Alles was op loopafstand te bereiken. Ruime accommodatie. comfortabele bank. De vaatwasser was een mooie bijkomstigheid. Ondanks verschillende tekortkomingen, zie verderop, was het verblijf toch tevredenstellend.

De verhuurder was heel slecht bereikbaar. (zeg maar niet) De warmwaterboiler werkte niet, dus geen warm water. Host reageerde in niet op berichten die ik stuurde en na veel speurwerk toch een mens aan de lijn gehad, maar probleem is niet opgelost. Er was geen bezem, stoffer en blik, dwell of stofzuiger (er lag een klein oplaadbaar stofzuigertje, maar die was leeg en er was geen oplader.). Nadat ik eindelijk contact had gehad met Sykes werd er een stofzuiger gebracht. Gelukkig was de douche op Electra en die deed zijn werk naar behoren. Afzuigkap werkte niet. Is ook niet opgelost tijdens mijn verblijf. Vervolgens zijn we midden in de nacht opgeschrikt door het brandalarm dat afging. Wat een herrie is dat. Bleek een storing te zijn in flat 1. Was bekend, maar niet opgelost. Brandweer was een week eerder ook al voor niets geweest. Ook dit is niet opgelost in de tijd dat wij er waren, maar gelukkig ging dat ding niet meer af. De koelkast moet nodig ontdooit worden, het vriesvak zat vol met aangekoekt ijs. Een beetje aandacht en onderhoud zou dit appartement wel kunnen gebruiken.
