Perfect location , close to the beach nice modern and clean caravan , heating was spot on it was nice and cozy after having boiler on for 30 mins , perfect for kids being so close to nova play centre , we got the train was happy with how close we were to the station , overall great place

We only stayed for two nights wish we could have stayed longer apart from the seagulls it was extremely peaceful loved it 😊
Would have liked to have had access earlier say 12 noon get unpacked and relax.
