Appartement super sympa et bien pensé avec équipement suffisant. Juste un petit peu bruyant ! On entend les fêtards jusqu’à tard dans la nuit .

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment in Madrid's Lavapiés area. The location was great, close to Atocha and in walking distance to many good bars, restaurants and sights. Public transport easily available as well. Check-In instructions were smooth and clear and the electronic keys worked flawlessly. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, the bed linen very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting Madrid the next time.

La ubicacion es muy buena porque hay muchas opciones para visitar a pie, o bien trasladarte en coche. Parque del retiro, Plaza del sol, Mercado de San Miguel y otros puntos diferentes los visitamos a pie desde el alojamiento. Tambien hay multiples opciones para las compras diarias en supermercados.
Lo unico que no me gusto de la zona es la limpieza de las calles, pero esto es mas atado a ser una ciudad muy grande. no tienen muy bien resuelto la recoleccion de residuos, ya que se apilan junto a los contenedores muchas bolsas con residuos diarios, y esto genera una muy mal aspecto en la ciudad,
