A wonderful villa for a family holiday in an idyllic setting.

The property is private, quiet, clean and modern. Everything you need is provided for. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the outside area, shower and large bbq are an added bonus. The host is very approachable and professional, helping (kindly) when we needed it and on hand with recommendations. The Villa is in a great location and in short driving distance to many points of interest and restaurants. During the day, sunset and stars at night the view is absolutely priceless.

Impresing view, but needs improvment in other areas.

The view was great. The host was very friendly and helpfull. The pool was a big plus, and the 2 individual rooms with individual bathrooms was a plus. We also had 1 exterior shower and 2 interior showers and that is great. The host provided to us a detailed list with atractions, house facilities and instructions that were very useful. The house was well equipped with barbecue, all the staff needed in the kitchen, washing machine and dishies machine.

The original parking spot that was provided was unaccesible for an average sedan car, you will require a small S.U.V or a small car with high clearence. A sedan or a big suv is not suitable for that entrance. The good part: the host provided to us an alternative parking space that was very good. The cleaning was not that great, they could definetly improve it especialy at such a late check in(15:00). We stayed 6 nights and we had no cleaning during this time. The floor was not clean, the kitchen was not clean at all and the bathroom could definetly be better. The water was not that hot, luckly the host provided to us an alternative boiler, but I had already 2 cold showers and one of us catch a flu. The rooms are pretty small, but luckly we had an additional living room.

Beatiful views from a modern villa

Spectacular views from the villa are even better in person than in pictures. For our family of four the pool was a perfect size and lovely place to cool off. The villa had everything we needed, very well equipped for everything you could need and the large TV in the living area was great for relaxing in the evening or when taking a break from the sun. René is a superb host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

So good, we plan to go back

Beautiful views both day and night, very will fitted out with high quality appliances, modern and stylish throughout. Lovely to have a few drinks chilling for us in the fridge and a selection of condiments to be available. Lovely infinity pool.

Parking could be better but we mastered it by the end of our stay. Limited shade available by 4pm in particular as we visited during a very hot period. Thankfully inside was cool, and the pool helped.

Auszeit - einfach himmlisch!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unser Aufenthalt in der Sunset Sea View Villa 1 auf Korfu war einfach traumhaft. Die Villa liegt eingebettet in einen Olivenhain – in absolut ruhiger Lage, und doch nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt von den schönen Sandstränden von Agios Georgios, Arillas und Agios Stefanos. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht und funktional: zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Besonders schön waren die Außenbereiche: der private Infinity-Pool mit Meerblick, Sonnenliegen, eine Outdoor-Chillout-Ecke und eine Außendusche – ideal, um den Tag ganz entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Unser Vermieter hat uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt, sich Zeit genommen und uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Er war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Region ist ganz klassisch griechisch: charmant, mit kleinen Straßen, Olivenbäumen, und gerade genug Tourismus, um dass es lebendig, aber nicht überlaufen wirkt. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass fußläufig (ca. 1,5 km) eine wunderbare Metzgerei und Bäckerei lagen – perfekt für frische Zutaten am Morgen oder einen Imbiss zwischendurch. In Summe war es für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub: ein ausgewogener Mix aus Entspannung, Natur, Komfort und Authentizität. Wir können die Villa 1 absolut empfehlen und kommen 2026 wieder!

La villa est parfaite et porte bien son nom! Nous avons passé de super vacances et profité d'une vue incroyable. René est serviable, aux petits soins tout en étant discret, et de bons conseils!

La place de parking est un petit peu compliquée, mais ok avec véhicule de petite taille.

Het was heerlijk en we komen graag terug!

Het uitzicht is fantastisch! De villa is van alles voorzien en je voelt je meteen thuis. Er is zelfs een BBQ aanwezig en twee wasmachines met droger die je kunt gebruiken. Highlight is natuurlijk de pool!
