Na minus napewno klub pod apartamentem (piątek i sobota) hałasy do 3 w nocy I komunikacja na słabym poziomie z gospodarzem (brak odpowiedzi na wysyłane zapytania poprzez aplikacje booking)

Apartament czysty, łóżko wygodne. Dużo mebli w których można umieścić ubrania, kosmetyki i inne akcesoria. Apartament umiejscowiony blisko bulwaru i przy głównym rynku w Mikołajkach.
Zepsuty czajnik. Usterka była zgłoszona ale osoba wynajmująca nie reagowała. Lodówka z usterkami - brak dolnej póki, drzwiczki od zamrażarki nie zamykały się. Roleta w jednym oknie nie opuszczała się. Na cały pobyt w apartamencie 8 nocy dla dwóch osób były tyko 2 papiery toaletowe w łazience oraz jedna niepełna rolka ręcznika papierowego w kuchni.
