Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i na tym koniec. W apartamencie pokój przejściowy pełniący jednocześnie funkcję jadalni i sypialnia. Sam apartament na 3 kondygnacji -bez windy- po wąskich i stromych schodach. Dodatkowo bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z piwnicy, niestety odczuwalny także w mieszkaniu. Łózko w sypialni dość wygodne, natomiast rozkładana kanapa w pokoju przejściowym wymaga wymiany i posprzątania pod kanapą.
Nieprzyjemny zapach, strome schody, układ mieszkania , czystość.

Super lokalizacja - bardzo blisko centrum. Naprzeciwko apartamentu Żabka. Apartament czysty i wygodny.
Zapach na klatce schodowej przyprawiał o mdłości. Deska sedesowa latala na wszystkie strony. Brak kosmetyków jednorazowych w łazience.
