Hiljaisuus ja hoidettu puistomainen ympäristö.
Majoituspaikka ei ole hotelli vaan paremminkin hostelli, ainakin talviaikana syyskuussa. Aamupala tiskauksineen tehtiin kellarikerroksen yhteiskeittiössä, kolmantena aamuna aamupalatarvikkeet olivat vähissä. Pieni jääkaappi huoneessa toi huoneeseen liikaa lämpöä.
