Hübsch renovierte Wohnung (inkl. Fenster) an toller Lage mit Ausblick über das obere Rheintal. Sehr ruhig. Bequemes grosses Bett. Schönes Bad mit separatem WC. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Ideal auch mit Hund. Man kann direkt losspazieren.
Die beiden Teppiche im Wohnzimmer (auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen) sollten ausgetauscht oder weggelassen werden. Unser Hund fand es allerdings toll, dass es nach anderen Hunden roch. Ebenfalls sollte ein Teil der Kochtöpfe und Bratpfannen ersetzt werden. Das Teflon war zerkratzt oder sie waren uneben auf dem Herd. Zudem wurden sie vom Vorgänger schmutzig hinterlassen. Die Lampe in der Küche flackerte ab und zu. Überall hängen Infrarotheizungen an den Wänden. Das ist allerdings nötig, da der Altbau eher schlecht isoliert ist und die Türe zum Haus mit einem Holzkeil ständig offen gelassen wird (auch im Winter).
