Location was great, could not get any closer to the historic old town and the temple.
The cost of laundry was astronomical, would not recommend.

The cleaning of the room. The room allocated to me was a very comfortable spacious room but it was not cleaned properly. In the bathroom there was used soap and dustbin was not cleared. Under the bed there is a lot of dust and dirt.
In the reception there was one boy, most probably looked like a trainee who was assisting with luggage and escorting the guests to the room. He without even checking was taking my suitcases for some other guest. If I would have not noticed then it would have gone misplaced! He did not even apologised.
I myself is a hotelier work in a reputed 5star luxury Indian brand I know how the services should be. I am expecting any 5star luxury but basic courtesy can be least expected.
