Modern apartment in great location close to the Marina. Some useful equipment you don’t always see in holiday rentals - plenty of kitchen utensils, full size dishwasher & washing machine. Easy instructions for self check in.

The apartment is on the second floor & the stairway is quite narrow, luckily we didn’t have much luggage.

Our 5 night stay was fantastic! It was incredibly comfortable. The central heating worked fantastic & the shower stayed hot. We really appreciated all the nice touches. They included paper towels and soap for the dishwasher as well as soap to hand wash dishes along with sponges and kitchen towels. We really liked the full size refrigerator. In the freezer there was a cold pack. There were hangers in the closet. We barely noticed any noise. The windows are extremely good. On Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. trash was picked up, but it was completed in less than 5 minutes and was barely noticeable. The location is fantastic. Very easy to walk to old town and the Lungomare. We also really appreciate the fast communication and easy instructions for check-in and check out without contact.

Lokacija in samo mesto Novigrad sta super. Kolesarsk poti v bližini so lepo označene, trgovine so v bližini in tudi plaže so zelo lepo urejene.

Raztegljivi kavč malce škripa.

Sehr sauber und mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Der Ortskern ist in 5-10 Min. zu Fuß erreich bar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Segelhafen sind direkt um die Ecke.

Wir waren gefühlt die einzigen Mieter zu der Zeit. Der Treppenaufgang hätte mal gereinigt werden können.
