Location, parking and value for money are the strong points of this property.

Great location in centre of Novigrad. Free parking beside the appartment. Good value for money.

Old fashoned layout. Challenging headroom issues in bedroom and in kitchen. For a 4night stay we had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. Door to patio in urgent need of repair. No interaction with the owner.

9 days spent in a poor apartment surrounded by small, beautiful city.

Apartment is spacious, cleaned carefully and located close to everything: bakery, fruit and vegetable market, Konzum (50m) concrete/rocky beach (70m), ATM, restaurants (just outside the apartment), marina and city center(close). The city beach near by is not crowded- you will always find a space for you with easy concrete/stairs access to the water. Not good for small children due to rocks. With small children is better to go to pebble Karpinjan Beach (2 km). Kitchen furniture and equipment are new and there is enough dishes for small cooking. Air condition worked well. City is nice, cozy, clean and you can see picturesque sunsets above marina.

Pictures at Booking do not show the full reality. We were at the ground floor apartment/patio with "garden view"- should be - parking view with cars almost on the patio(see pictures).There is no privacy at all. There is practically no WiFi- it worked from time to time only and connection was frequently broken-it should be not included in the offer. Apartment itself is very dark with almost no daily light, windows are under stairs and to the wall. Most of the furniture are quite old and a little bit destroyed. Apartment generally looks sad and depressive- plastic or paper flowers do not help much... Everywhere on the building you cam see destruction, and during the rain roof is leaking. There is a gas grill in common space but was old and dirty. We were disappointed by host approach- the lady needs your money not you there and you can feel it everywhere.She is also not helpful. Examples: When I asked how the TV works -host gave me 4 remote controls (2 with batteries and 2 without) and told "Help yourself, I don't know". In each room if there are for example 3 light bulbs only one is working and it is not coincidence but intention-energy costs. There is no liquid to wash dishes, no bags for waste and toilet paper only for beginning- you can buy it yourself (because it costs). When I asked to exchange cars at parking with one of the guests for one last night to have it closer and more convenient to pack the luggage- it was a problem for her and she said no without even trying to ask that guest. So if you have any other possibility for accommodation in Novigrad - rather do not choose Tajana.

Very nice apartment to be in couple for few days.

Perfect location, in the middle of everything. Quiet and spacious apartment and the hostess attends quickly if needed.

It needs renovation of the kitchen’s cutlery and few hangers for clothes and towels (a simple wood totem would solve it all).

Conveniently located

Comfortable and quiet. Spacious terrace. Right in town so very convenient.

The WiFi was virtually non existent, a very weak signal that kept dropping out. The TV channels (satellite) froze up and had no sound so was impossible to watch. The kitchen had very limited equipment. The parking is against the back of the house in a narrow (but quiet) street so if you have a wide car it's probably not practical.

L'appartamento ,si trova in centro e con parcheggio e nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati, panifici tutto veramente comodo.Grazie alla signora che ci ha fatto un favore consegnandoci le chiavi prima del previsto

Die Schlafzimmern waren relativ neu ausgestattet. Es war sogar ein Föhn drinnen. Sehr Zentral.. Konzum, Bäckerei und Trafik alles neben an👍👍👍👍

Die Dusche hatte keine Duschtasse sodass dass Wasser ausläuft.. Und der Boiler ist für 4 Personen zu klein.. Für 2 Personen optimal. Ansonsten hatte alles gepasst 👍

Odlicna vrijednost za novac

Gospođa nas je ljubazno dočekala i sve objasnila. Mislim da hrpa ovih komentara nije relevantna. Apartman je malo stariji, ali je čist, krevet je udoban, nikakve grede nisu prenisko kao sto neki spominju, ormara ima i vise nego dovoljno, imali smo kuhalo i susilo za kosu. Ne citajte recenzije u kojima pise da toga nije bilo. Lokacija je savrsena, 100m do rive s jedne strane i 100m do uredene plaze s druge strane. Imali smo i psa sa sobom, nikakvih problema.

Izolacija je slaba pa se dosta cuje s hodnika, ovisite o kulturi ostalih gostiju.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Darmowe miejsce parkingowe na ulicy koło obiektu. Balkon ze stolikiem i dwoma krzesełkami.

Zdecydowanie należy serwisować/naprawić klimatyzację. Jest dość stara i zużyta. Jednostka zewnętrzna jest bardzo głośna i włącza się nawet wtedy, gdy wyłączona jest jednostka wewnątrz mieszkania. Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni. Klimatyzator jest tylko w pokoju dziennym z aneksem kuchennym.

gli appartamenti sono molto basic, quindi non aspettatevi di trovare di più dell’essenziale. però la struttura è pulita e comodissima (davvero centrale, si va a piedi ovunque), la signora che gestisce il luogo molto gentile e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

se volete cucinare a casa, portatevi sale olio ecc perché non ci sono.

Struttura eccezionale, posizione perfetta per qualsiasi cosa spiaggia a 150metri dall’appartamento stessa cosa il centro. Super mercato appena fuori casa. Servizio impeccabile biancheria perfetta, appartamento grande e ben attrezzato,dispone di parcheggio in struttura. Prenotazione nella settimana di ferragosto.
