Wonderful and relaxing studio next to the beach

The location and the view are absolutely amazing! The city beach with all facilities is just across the street. The old town is just around the corner. The host is very nice and friendly. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the workplace is quite useful.

First and most important - WiFi is from the restaurant below, and it hardly works. Too bad if you are planning to work. The restaurant also provides some noise in the evenings, more from the ventilation system than from the people. Also, it would be useful to have a washing machine, or at least an iron, and a microwave. That's just a tip to the owner. The kitchen is ok, but note that the induction stove will not work with an aluminum moka pot (in case you bring your own one, like we did) :-)

Nice apartment, with view to the see, really good to have a terrace where we could eat. Soundproof doors, AC working well. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beds were comfortable.

Everything at hand

Our studio was located on the first floor and was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with a nice seaview. The location of a studio is perfect - everything is at hand, sea, shops, city center, city beach... Even though there is a restaurant downstairs, it is mostly quiet - except for the hours when they close and you can hear the staff chatting (for me with 4 years old daughter it was no problem but it could be for family with really small children). The biggest plus is a balcony with a roof which extends a room and it is really cool to sit there and watch the rain outside.

I would have appreciated more photos - it's not clear now there are two studios, one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor - it was a little bit surprising that we are directly above the restaurant. And also - if I'm not mistaken - accommodation is connected to the Tomato restaurant. It would be nice if there would be some advantage from that fact, like having olive oil and basic equipment in the kitchen because it's a bit annoying to buy that for 3-day stay (but maybe it is against EU rules, who knows).

Novigrad ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort

Die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und zum Meer. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, alles ging schnell und unkompliziert 😍

Schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist Super, gleich am Strand und nur ein paar Schritte in die Altstadt. Restaurants gleich vor der Tür. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist für den Preis voll in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist schwierig und kostet € 10,- für 24 Stunden. Aber da können die Vermieter nichts dafür.
