The condo is nice, large and had lots to offer that were not mentioned in listing. But in serious need of multiple repairs. The screen sliding doors were broken-off its tracks, closet doors don’t open/close properly, one living room rocking chair falls back and almost tipped back onto floor, both living room chairs were filthy and stained, the master bedroom mattress was leaning downward towards the feet, glass panel was cracked, and both back door blinds were broken missing slats, the missing slats made it difficult to sleep due to outside light shining thru much less security! We had to throw our own trash away at check out? The home is equipped with beach chairs, wagon, kites and beach toys, and ice chests which are a plus!!
