The Space:
This property can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Bedroom1: Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: queen size bed
Bedroom 3: twin over full bunk with twin trundle bed
Bedroom 4: twin over full bunk with twin trundle bed
Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs and new appliances. Washer and dryer ready for your use.
Property is equipped with your own private pool.
Outdoor shower and grill are ready for your use.
Private boardwalk capable of walking/golf cart accessible.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole house except for the garage.
Other Things to Note:
-**ALL PRIMARY RENTERS MUST COMPLETE A SCREENING PROCESS**-
**Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older**
-Renting a golf cart for your stay? Please ask about our special golf cart rates! Up to 10% off for our guests with FREE DELIVERY. 6 passenger and 4 passenger carts available delivered right to your condo!
Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.
These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.
-Parking is very tight. There is room to park a maximum of 4 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.
-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,
because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately
and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
-Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction.
