Parking area was a little small

We loved the location and access to the beach and other amenities, as well as how peaceful the area was. Good apartment with nice decor. Easy check in/check out process.

A few of the light bulbs needed to be replaced in the living room/dining room, bedroom lamp, and balcony. Despite the trouble shooting info, the TV was somewhat difficult to navigate through cable vs. Roku.

Older property with some updating. Great locataion. Easy access by boardwalk to the beach. Condo was fairly clean. Bed/bath linens were minimal but adequate.

Kitchen accessories were "tired" and no organization to how everything was put in the cabinets. One fry pan was grossly dirty and actually, I had to clean all cookware before I used it. Dishwasher had a strong chemical smell. No idea what the cause. Deck furniture was old and "tired" and there was a pigeon/dove nested on end of deck where some boards were stored and there was lots of bird poop on the floor, which smelled when it rained.Perhaps he needed an eviction notice! ha ha

LOCATION, LOCATION! Great view of the ocean from the deck and easy access to the beach with private boardwalk to the beach. Great sunrise views. Also very quiet as not near roadways. Definitely recommend.

Door locks are a bit tricky and required two hands to open the door every time. Door and gate combos 50 50 shot whether they worked or not. Usually required multiple attempts. Other guests had similar issues.
