海に近く、海水浴に便利でした。

クーラーに埃が沢山付いていたり、埃があったりで、部屋の掃除が行き届いていないと感じました。

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Tomo Kawana and would gladly recommend it to travelers visiting the Izu-Kogen area. The self-check-in and self-check-out process was smooth and convenient, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room was very clean, well prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, and other essential amenities. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We also appreciated the TV setup, although most of the available channels were in Japanese. Having separate bathroom and toilet areas was another nice touch. The location is close to Dolphin Beach, and it is also convenient for travelers using the Tokai Bus Pass, as morning buses are easily accessible. One of our favorite features was the rooftop, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and is a perfect place to relax.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was our own fault rather than the hotel’s. We arrived at night and missed the last bus, so we walked to the property. We are normally comfortable with a 20–25 minute walk, but we didn’t realize that the route included a fairly steep downhill section, which felt a bit challenging in the dark while carrying luggage. The property had already informed us that taking a taxi was an option, so future guests arriving late may want to consider that. We also noticed that the TV remote indicated support for Netflix, but we were unable to get it to work. Fortunately, the reliable Wi-Fi meant this wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily choose Mr. Tomo Kawana again when visiting Izu.

チェックイン時、駐車場の場所がわかりにくかったです(予約方法&決済のみ、場所の案内無しなのですぐにわかるだろうと思っていました)　伊東の花火大会後でチェックインが大体、皆同じ時間帯になったこともあり、はじめて会う宿泊者同士で探しまわり、きっとここだろう…という不安の中、停めることになりました。更に、他の宿泊者の方はチェックイン方法がわからず私達が到着時に教えてやっとチェックイン出来た…という感じ。。 いざというときに、スタッフが不在&すぐに連絡がとれるような電話もない…というのがとても不便で不安でした。
