Beautifully appointed home. Quiet location. Overlooking fields. It has everything you need & more. The host is absolutely amazing. We arrived to scones, jam, clotted cream, milk, bread, eggs, butter & a wonderful bottle of wine! So very thoughtful. Beds were comfortable. TV’s in every room. It even has an electric BBQ. Lovely pub that served huge portions (the Farmers Arms) a short walk away.
The location! It’s a beautiful home, but not very close to the beach or shops. Definitely need a car.

A lovely welcome from the host. Spotlessly clean, everything you need is there in the kitchen and 2 fridges was great to have, we loved the welcome pack of goodies too. Sitting out on the deck for breakfast and a drink at night was lovely. Nice quiet location with the Farmers Arms pub a 5 minute walk away. Short walk to Porth beach, 15-20 mins. Probably the best equipped house we have stayed in, all in all excellent.
I don't have anything to fault it on really, we had a lovely week.

This is an exceptionally well appointed holiday home, everything you could possibly need. Ideal for families with older children e.g teenagers or young adults. Easy walks to Porth beach and village pub.
Parking is in a,quiet residential area not outside the property (less than 100m) and was on occasions busy.
