2 chambres BALCON, FELIX FAURE-COEUR DE CANNES A2B022

Great service! Friendly and proactive hosts are checking in easy. Communication was great and the location was unbeatable.

Fantastic location, high quality decor and furnishings. Easy and friendly check in and out with the agent. We plan to return to the property in the future. Thanks!

The shower plumbing needs reviewing and there is sometimes an odour in the main hallway.

This property is spacious and is in a superb location. It has air conditioning which was very welcome and appreciated. It also has a well equipped kitchen and a nice balcony for people watching.

The entry code panel was extremely temperamental making it frustrating to get into the main entrance door - sometimes it took several attempts. The internal common stairwell is very poorly maintained with damaged steps etc. There is no lift (this was expected so not an issue for us). The apartment was ok. It could have been more clean. The floors made the soles of our feet were dirty. The beds etc were fresh and clean. The apartment itself is dated and there was a lot of minor damage for example some of the handles on the kitchen cabinets were snapped off, parts of the laminate surface snapped off, etc. It really needs to be renovated. It is perfectly functional and fine if you are not spending much time in it (we were attending an expo and not in it much). If i were on holiday I would have been more disappointed.
