Loved the location. The condo is laid out nicely, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The furnishings are well done, and the linens are solid. It was nice to have so many beach towels there, too. There were some toys, an umbrella, and some chairs. The building is quiet, which I didn't expect. The pool is clean and offers a refreshing retreat from the hot sun. The beach is right there, and the access is only steps away. The loungers and umbrellas in front of the place are nice, but you have to rent them from a private company. It was worth it for us. I love the cute bar/restaurant across the street, Caddy's. It has a fun atmosophere.

beachfront with pool
This bldg is 10 floors but had only one functioning elevator. There was no information indicating staff was aware and were working on this issue, but this is a significant issue, especially for arrival, departure and anyone with children. Also, the day before departure our washer stopped working and water wouldn’t drain. I called our contact person, who said she would find someone and call me back. I never heard back from her. We had to wring out our clothes and travel with wet items.
