Magical Adventure Condo w Waterpark near Disney No Resort Fees

It was so close to everything and the kids room was awesome. My boys loved it!

My children were thrilled and my son who had special needs and mostly speaks in scripts even began singing You Have a Friend in Me out of excitement and appreciation. He was also very at peace in this place which is fabulous. Everything that you could possibly need was right on site. The condo itself is decked out with every appliance, and extra you could think of. And even the marketplace has either a grill for lunch in the moment, or groceries to make what you want to, so that you don't even have to go grocery shopping offsite. But if you do go offsite, not to worry. Everything you could possibly need is within a mile radius.

Was perfect location, unit had plenty of room for 8 people, the kids loved the themed game room. Owners were easy to contact, friendly, and quickly answered all questions we had once we got there. The grounds were well maintained, the pool and slides were fantastic.

The property is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The owner was very communicative and always ready to help. The pool and water park team was very friendly and helpful.

The main issue was the morning-to-evening door security team and how access for guests is handled. While the afternoon and night staff were professional and welcoming, the daytime team created a frustrating and inconsistent experience. There appears to be no clear visitor pass system for daytime guests—*or if one exists, it was never communicated*. This made it difficult for visitors to access the property, and I had to repeatedly leave my unit to assist guests with entry, even when they were properly registered. Additionally, my access pass was unexpectedly blocked, forcing me to go through long check-in lines every time I entered. In one instance, a registered guest was denied entry without a clear explanation, which was very concerning. The communication from the staff member handling the situation was also rude and unprofessional. **Overall, the lack of clear policies, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from the daytime security team negatively impacted what would have otherwise been a great property.**
