Excellent location and pleasant rooms
Endless trouble with the heating, which keeps on failing, because for some reason it depends on wifi. But kudos to the housekeeper for resolving it, which wasn’t easy. Unfortunately, she hadn’t been called in earlier by Finest Retreats…

For us, this property is all about the location. It is a good base to get too different locations. You can hike right out of your door.
● bath is mouldy. A cheap fix to seal it has, in the end, made it look disgusting.
● piles of dust under sofas, in cupboard. Anywhere they think you won't look.
● the pots and pans are useless. Burnt on food, burnt off coatings.

Location is great
It is too expensive for given quality of the place. Lights in the ground floor were not working, no hairdryer, no shower gel / shampoo - usually for similar price these small and cheap things are expected…pillows and blankets are the cheapest and very long time used. Responsiveness of the owner is not good - seems they only respond strictly in working hours.
